The exquisite raspberries and raspberry brandy from Christoph Kössler unfold their wonderful aroma in this chocolate.
The milk and cream for the Tiroler Edle come from the Tiroler Grauvieh, a breed of cattle that has been native to the Tyrolean mountains for over 3000 years and is now only kept by a few dedicated mountain farmers. The valuable milk is collected separately for Tiroler Edle in small farms (with 5 to 15 cows). The "Edles", as the Grauvieh cows are affectionately called by their farmers, spend the summer months on the Tyrolean alpine pastures.
