Rochefort 10 is a Belgian Trappist beer brewed at the Notre-Dame de Saint-Remy Abbey. With its 11.3% alcohol content, Rochefort 10 is reminiscent of a well-aged red wine or liqueur. This beer is based on a 415-year-old recipe, and it continues to be brewed following the same traditional process to this day.

Trappist beers can only be labeled as such if they are brewed in a monastery under the supervision of monks. There are only 8 monasteries worldwide that brew beer. The proceeds from the sales of these beers must benefit the monastery and serve a charitable purpose.
Nose: It evokes dried fruits, raisins, and caramel. In the glass, Rochefort 10 showcases its dark reddish-brown hue.
Tongue: On the palate, this beer is well-balanced and alcoholic. Each sip can reveal different notes, but the toffee and caramel notes are consistently dominant and beautifully balanced. Hints of cherries are also distinctly perceptible. Serve at 12-14°C.
