Pol Roger Rich is a semi-dry cuvée made from equal parts Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, rounded off with reserve wines and at least four years of cellar ageing. The perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, notes of dried fruit, spices, light caramel and a fine, creamy perlage make it the ideal accompaniment to desserts, tarte tatin and fruity compositions.
