The colour is clear and brilliant, a beautiful yellow-green. The nose is discreet at first, dominated by citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit). Through decanting, floral notes take over (lime blossom, lilac, white flowers). The "newborn" Sémillon in the blend opens up a new aromatic spectrum consisting of white-fleshed fruits (peach, pear) and a delicate note of acacia honey and beeswax. The wood, remarkably discreet, brings a mineral and smoky note. Fresh and precise on the palate with impressive amplitude and power. The balance between fat and acidity brings great depth in the mouth, the long finish is slightly enhanced by a nice spiciness. Aged in large wooden barrels for 22 months. 74% Sauvignon Blanc, 26% Sémillon.
