La Perle des Dieux’s 2025 vintage sardines are sourced from sustainable coastal fishing off Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and are processed using traditional artisanal methods. Preserved in high-quality extra virgin olive oil, they develop particularly tender flesh and a delicately nuanced flavour over time – much like a fine vintage wine. The tin, designed by the artist Delphine Cossais, makes this limited edition both a culinary delicacy and a special collector’s item.
