This stylish Cabernet is only vinified in the perfect years and is one of the best single-varietal fine wines on the Australian continent. Its colour is deep dark, almost like ink. Fragrant of blackcurrants and mulberries with hints of beans, nut butter ("beurre noisette") and sage. Expressive, even, expansive and mysterious at the same time, it appeals to the palate and enchants the senses.
