Chateau Pavie
Deep purple Saint-Émilion with an intense bouquet of ripe berries such as cassis, blueberry and raspberry, supported by fine mocha and oak notes.
Powerful and concentrated on the palate with dense structure and layered fruit.
The tannins are present yet very fine-grained and well integrated.
Long, elegant finish with excellent ageing potential.
The 36.5-hectare vineyard of Château Pavie in the south-east of Saint-Émilion is planted with very old vines (55% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon), and its terroir is regarded among the finest in Saint-Émilion.
