Pappadums are thin, crispy deep-fried flatbreads. They are served in Indian and Tamalian cuisine as a side dish or appetizer. For an even more aromatic and delicious flavour, these particular pappadums are flavoured and refined with aromatic garlic puree.

Description

Preparation:

Option 1) Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan - about 2-4 cm and heat. Fry the pappadums one at a time for 2-3 seconds. Drain on a paper towel.

Option 2) Brush the pappadums with oil on both sides, cover with kitchen paper and "bake" in the microwave for 30 seconds on the highest setting.
