The citric freshness of the Sauvignon Blanc is emphasised, light notes of green pepper, gooseberry and chives can also be heard, everything is rounded off by chalky minerality. The clear, firm and translucent structure impresses enormously, the slender elegance ensures a long finish. This Cos also becomes more expressive and powerful with air.
