The vines are harvested by hand and vinified according to the Méthode Traditionnelle. Only after 12 months of maturation and processing does its full finesse and elegance come to the fore. The Malesan Crémant de Bordeaux Brut is a tasty Cremant with notes of white and citrus fruits, which are also noticeable in the mouth. The pale yellow colour and the fine perlage complete the picture. Malesan Crémant de Bordeaux is a perfect companion from aperitif to dessert and also goes well with seafood or fish dishes.
