This Belgian Gueuze-Lambic beer has a golden-blonde colour with a fine effervescence and a smooth, slightly sweet attack. On the palate, it is refreshing and subtly tart, accompanied by delicate notes of rhubarb and champagne. The dry finish is reminiscent of elegant dry sherry and lends the beer additional depth.
