The White Bellini combines the fruity freshness of peach and apricot with the subtle elegance of white tea – one of the most delicate teas, made exclusively from the youngest buds. This world-renowned cocktail was created in the late 1940s by Giuseppe Cipriani, the founder of the legendary Harry's Bar in Venice. Its classic recipe of Prosecco and white peach nectar gives it a soft pink-orange hue full of sensuality. This color, which inspired the famous Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini, ultimately gave the drink its name.
