The wine is medium straw yellow in color, with elegant and complex aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is a dry wine with pleasant acidity and a complex body, which goes just as well with exclusive fish dishes as it does with herbal compositions. These wines can be enjoyed when young, but they develop their full potential after 25-40 years.
