Preserving the quality of the grapes is a top priority for Gantenbein. Their production process is based solely on gravity, without the use of pumps or filters. This meticulous approach ensures that the grapes and the juice retain their integrity from the vine to the bottle.

Located in the Grisons Rhine Valley near Fläsch, the Gantenbein winery has been producing outstanding wines since 1982. With a focus on quality, Martha and Daniel Gantenbein planted Burgundy clones in their vineyards and create only three wines, including a renowned mineral Chardonnay that ranks among the best in Switzerland.
Nose: The deep, exotic fruit on the nose is skilfully showcased by the toasty, roasted aromas, almost lifted and properly defined.
Palate: It has power and body, but is by no means overweight. The finish harbours candied lemon and lingers forever.
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
