The Pinot Grigio impresses in the glass with its light straw yellow color and fruity notes of ripe pears, white pepper and a little sage on the nose. Mineral-salty fullness, juicy acidity and a persistent finish characterize the palate. A wine with backbone and an excellent food accompaniment.
Food recommendation: A multifaceted wine for many occasions and interesting combinations: from aperitifs to pasta dishes with cheese, grilled fish dishes and cheese fondue.

The grapes are gently pressed after harvesting. The fresh must is statically clarified at low temperatures and then fermented in a steel tank at a controlled temperature of 20°C. The young wine is then allowed to mature on its fine yeast in a steel tank for several months.

Alcohol content: 13% vol.
