Nose: Initially rather reserved, with roasted notes and cocoa powder. The bouquet gradually opens to reveal linden leaves, jasmine and finally peony. Anise and cardamom enhance its spicy character, while chlorophyll, orange peel and green papaya bring a fresh vegetal and fruity dimension.
Palate: Broad and expansive, the wine is delicate at first, then increasingly generous. Its texture is both smooth and stimulating.
Origin: France / Champagne
Alcohol content: 12,5% vol.
