Organic Dates-Chocolate "Bomba di Pistacchio"
Simply dizzyingly delicious. Two layers of dark chocolate surround a generous layer of pure pistachio cream, made with some of the finest pistachios from Italy. The paste is lightly salted to bring out the rich pistachio flavour even more. The result is not overly sweet, but rather rich, nutty and pleasantly bitter. The sweetness comes solely from finely ground dates. They remain subtle in flavour, adding a naturally sweet touch while offering a more balanced nutritional profile.
