The Dalmore Luminary 16 Y is a luxurious Highland single malt that has been matured for 16 years in ex-bourbon casks and then in port and sherry casks. It exudes aromas of manuka honey, crème brûlée and tropical fruits, with figs, oranges, wild berries and roasted coffee unfolding on the palate, while the long finish leaves notes of chestnuts, cocoa and light wood smoke. A complex whisky that harmoniously combines fruit, spice and subtle wood nuances.
