Seguin-Manuel Cremant de Bourgogne
The Seguin-Manuel Crémant de Bourgogne is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a small proportion of Aligoté and Gamay added. The grapes are hand-picked and only the first pressing – which is richer and more complex – is used for further processing.
Domaine du Petit Clocher AOC Crémant de Loire
The Domaine du Petit Clocher AOC Crémant de Loire has a crystalline, clear colour with shimmering grey reflections. On the nose, delicate aromas of white fruit unfold that underline its elegance. On the palate it is full-bodied and round, with a harmonious balance. Subtle notes of lime blossom and hazelnuts give it a special refinement, while fine bubbles round off the taste experience.
Bouvet Ladubay 1851 Brut Rosé Methode Traditionelle
The Bouvet Ladubay 1851 Brut Rosé Methode Traditionelle impresses with its minerality, finesse and elegant structure. Its fine perlage is the first sign of the high quality of this wine. The bouquet opens with seductive aromas of red berries and offers long-lasting scent nuances of vineyard peach. On the palate it impresses with its aromatic density, which is due to the Cabernet grape. Nuances of black currant and quince complement the taste profile.
