Biscotteria Veneziana
This delicious pastry was born more than two centuries ago, in the colourful houses of the island of Burano. The Esse was created as an alternative to the traditional Bussolà. We recommend dipping the pastry in a good glass of sultana wine or accompanying it with an excellent mascarpone cream.
