Sekt Reserve Brut Rosé
Light salmon pink with red-golden reflections, fine persistent mousseux, delicate but very animating, fruity-spicy aroma, with hints of cherries and wild strawberries, a touch of citrus, caramel, yeast notes, fruity and creamy, behind it multilayered on the palate, with elegant acidity and mineral extract, distinctly harmonious structure.
The base wines of the individual grape varieties are vinified separately and all undergo malolactic fermentation. The cuvée is then created, with the somewhat stronger batches of Zweigelt being used for the still rosé wine.

The Bründlmayer family cultivates 60 hectares of prime acreage in Langenlois (Kamptal/Lower Austria). The winery was built up by Ilse and Wilhelm Bründlmayer Senior, and has been managed by Willi and Edwige Bründlmayer since 1980. Willi Bründlmayer's passion is his vineyards, which are mostly laid out in terraces. He is constantly thinking about the soil, the climate and the grape varieties he grows in order to optimise the quality of the grapes.
