Bollinger PN VZ19 is an exclusive Blanc de Noirs cuvée (champagne made from 100% Pinot Noir) and a modern interpretation of the Pinot Noir style of Maison Bollinger. It is based on the 2019 vintage, blended with older reserve wines – including some from magnum bottles – to achieve additional aromatic depth and complexity.

Ingredients & Allergens
In the glass, it displays a light gold colour with fine perlage. The nose and palate are dominated by fruity and lively notes of white and red fruits, citrus fruits and an elegant, silky texture. A slightly salty, mineral finish rounds off the impression and emphasises the tension and freshness of this champagne.
