An elegant vintage champagne with depth and character. It is based predominantly on Pinot Noir, complemented by Chardonnay, and a small proportion of still red wine gives it its delicate rosé colour and additional structure. Fermentation in oak barrels and long yeast ageing lend it complexity and finesse.

In the glass, it is a delicate rosé colour with fine bubbles. The nose is dominated by aromas of strawberries, red berries, mandarin and rhubarb. On the palate, it is velvety and fresh at the same time, with juicy fruit, elegant structure and a long, harmonious finish. Ideal as a sophisticated accompaniment to food or for special occasions.

Grape variety: 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay from 11 crus
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
