Description

EYE: A beautiful golden yellow colour with bright reflections. The crystalline and sparkling visual appearance underlines the pearl formation by the rise of fine bubbles.
MOUTH: It offers the richness and subtlety of a complex yet refreshing aromatic curve.
Fine, intense notes from the orchard, combined with the characteristics of stone fruit (Mirabelle of Nancy, Bigarreau cherry) and underlined by a radiant floral nuance (hawthorn).
NOSE: Balance of tension created by the unfolding of the wine (peach in syrup, fine apple pie and alpine butter) and noble aromas (fresh fig and small wild berries).
