The Babbi sponge cake mix is a quick and easy way to make an airy, gluten-free sponge base in typical Italian style. It is perfect as a base for cakes, desserts or other creative baking projects. The mixture is mixed with sugar, eggs and a little lukewarm water to form a smooth, fluffy dough, which is then baked in a greased tin at 170 °C. After cooling, the sponge base offers a wide range of possibilities for further processing. The baking mix is gluten-free.
