Produced directly by the farmer and gently baked in a kettle, they are refined with high-quality Sylt sea salt by top chef Alexandro Pape. The fine sea salt crystals from pure North Sea water provide a mild, aromatic finish and make the crisps a special accompaniment – also ideal with AKI trout or salmon caviar with a little crème fraîche.
