SEGUIN-MANUEL
From Savigny-lès-Beaune to the charming villages of Beaune, Puligny-Montrachet, Pommard, Meursault, and Vosne-Romanée, the domain Seguin has grown since 2005, tending to over 8 hectares of vineyards. The wines elegantly marry brown clay and limestone. Located on the Côte de Nuits, near the most famous crus of Burgundy: "La Tâche" and "Romanée-Conti".
Hand-harvested, the grapes have been sorted out before a 16-day fermentation. The wine was then matured in oak casks (30% new barrels) for 16 months. These wines are Seguine history, innovation, and dedication in every bottle. At its best after 7 to 10 years, and far beyond for the great vintages, like the season 2020.
