Ricossa
Nebbiolo is the oldest indigenous red grape variety of Piedmont. Deep garnet red with medium highlights. The Langhe is located in the southern part of Piedmont. The name means "tongues of the land," and refers to the elongated hills, often with very steep sides that run parallel to each other in order to form numerous valleys. The Langhe area has interesting marine soil origins which consists of mostly calcareous-clayey, perfect for wine production creating wines with good structure and complexity.
