Ricossa
The Langhe soil is of marine origin, typical of the Barbaresco area. The area also tends to be more limestone, which gives a softer expression of Nebbiolo. Aging takes place for at least 2 year of which at least 9 months are spent in wood barrels, giving great character and aromatic complexity.
