Description

Every year, the White Burgundy from the Mandelberg is characterised by its fine acidity and pronounced minerality, which are supported by the fine tannins typical of the vintage. In addition, there are the characteristic notes of White Burgundy, which are reminiscent of herbs, fresh garden vegetables and the finest olive oil. On the nose, the wine is reminiscent of ripe, yellow fruit, such as pineapple or papaya. On the palate, too, the fruity and vegetal components can be found, which are emphasised by the fine minerality. The wine has - like all Rebholz wines - a great, very long development and maturation potential.
