Rossignol-Trapet

Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2019

organic

Nicolas and David Rossignol have been overseeing the wines of Rossignol-Trapet since 1990, presenting a traditional emblem of the estate with their "Bourgogne." Situated in Gevrey-Chambertin, the winery crafts a Bourgogne where the fruit exclusively hails from this same region.

The 2019 Bourgogne Rouge showcases both complexity and structure, while remaining inviting and approachable. After destemming, the vines underwent maturation in used Burgundian "Pièces," the customary barrels of the area.
