WEINGUT PRAGER
The Grüner Veltliner "Kammergut" parcels are nestled in the prestigious Ried Zwerithaler, leased by the Melk Abbey. Historical records reveal that the vines were planted in 1904/1909, showcasing the winery's most exquisite vines. These are ancient vines, housing old genetic material that has become a rarity, resulting in exceptionally low yields with loosely clustered, healthy grapes. It's a unique glimpse into the past, cultivating grapes with a history as rich as the flavors Weingut Prager produce.
