Produced in Île-de-France, the entire production is done by hand – from cutting the fruits to cooking in a copper kettle and then filling the jars. The fruit spread contains no gelling agents or preservatives and is suitable for breakfast or as a fine addition to croissants, yogurt, or pastries.
