This special composition combines 67% fruit content from orange, grapefruit and the exotic yuzu. Orange provides a tangy sweetness, grapefruit brings a subtle bitter note and yuzu rounds off with a fresh, lemony nuance from Japan. The result is a fruit spread full of vibrant, refreshing flavors - ideal for breakfast, pastries or sophisticated sauces. This spread is also rich in vitamin C and antioxidants - and was awarded silver at the Concours Général Agricole in 2023. A real treat for citrus lovers!
