La Sasse - Spring Water of the French Alps
This artesian mountain spring water is low in sodium and is extremely delicate with a palate-pleasing finish. It is very soft and smooth at first sip. After a long journey through natural filtering in alpine rock, this low-sodium mountain spring water shows a remarkably balanced balance that is clearly noticeable when tasting. Due to the geographical location, it can only be bottled during the summer months, which is also one of the reasons for this particular rarity.

The spring, which rises from the shale rock, was already known by the indigenous people for its extreme purity. The spring water is collected at an altitude of 1740 meters above sea level. It is the highest gathering point in the Mont Blanc massif. Handed down from generation to generation, the Domaine de la Sasse is now owned by Dominique Méridol. His goal is to protect this vast wilderness, and for more than a quarter of a century, he has been preserving his refuge from any human activity, following his ancestor's motto: "Preserve and care for our heritage". The beautiful frosted glass bottle was made by a local sculptor, Pierre Margara, to match its contents. The vertical lines symbolize the mountain, the spirit of the water and the waterfalls.
