The Gelbe Muskateller Federspiel from the Knoll winery is grown on sandy loess soils at the foot of the mountain.
Nose: Delicate tobacco spice, hints of muscat, a touch of dark minerality, and a subtle herbal note. Light yellow-green with silver reflections in the glass.
Mouth: Medium-bodied, fine structure, saline, white tropical fruit; already very approachable.
Pairing: Serve at 10 - 12°C.
