Fresh fish and Blue Lobster are used to cook this tasty soup, which gives all the authentic taste of the local shellfishes. Accented with a touch of delishous spices and with kari grosse, this recipe gives you all the delicate flavours of the Blue Lobster.

The producer is Moulin Marée. The fisherman and shellfish farmer provides you with the best from his area while respecting seasonality. The associated fishermen of sea bass, abalone, oysters, blue lobster, scallops or sardines and mackerel select their daily catch while respecting the resources of the local underwater world.
