Groix Island is located in front of Lorient, which is the first fishing harbour of fresh Blue Lobster in that particular region. Fresh fish and Blue Lobster are used to cook this tasty soup, which gives all the authentic taste of the local shellfishes. Accented with a touch of delishous spices and with kari grosse, this recipe gives you all the delicate flavours of the Blue Lobster.
