Sempio
Vermicelli are a special type of thin pasta which is normally made from rice flour.
These special vermicelli are made from wheat flour and flavoured with green tea. The green tea gives them a delicate and fresh taste and their beautiful green colour.
They can be used for salads, stir-fry or in soups.
Vermicelli are easy and quick to prepare and can be served with a varitey of different sauces.
