Gautheron à Fleys
In the picturesque Chablis region, the Grand Cru Valmur vineyard stands proudly on a southwest-facing hill, on the right bank of the Serein. The name Valmur has two possible origins: "vallée aux meures," referring to blackberry bushes, or "murs," meaning walls built to delineate a property. This amphitheatre-shaped vineyard enjoys the warmest sunlight hours of the day, resulting in a unique terroir.
