The white Burgundy local wine comes from the limestone loess slopes of the various Grossweikersdorf locations. The aging in large, traditional wooden barrels gives the wine additional structure and complexity and underlines the classic Austrian, fruity style. The White Burgundy has a fine scent of yellow fruits and white flowers and is – typically loess – powerful and concentrated.

It is a suitable accompaniment to monkfish with lentils, Asian cuisine, lobster, spicy cheese, light game dishes, duck, lukewarm saddle of venison, asparagus.
