In this lively Sauvignon Blanc you will find wild and spicy flavours of lemon, nettle, mint, lemongrass and kaffir lime zest, accompanied by a racy, concentrated acidity. The passion fruit, green peach, kiwi and green apple on the smooth palate round off the flavour experience. The minerality here is also remarkable, with a salty hint of crushed oyster shells overlaid with a steely flash of flint.
