Blanxart stands for chocolate cult - long since beyond Spain's borders. The chocolatier Blanxart founded his chocolate factory in Barcelona in 1954, which is still in family hands today. From the very beginning, the work here has been bean-to-bar: Blanxart selects the best cocoa and accompanies its production during roasting, grinding and conching. Additional ingredients, such as almonds, hazelnuts or peanuts come from Spanish agriculture. The products are made with care by hand.
