Château du Ragon "Bordeaux 2021"
The wine offers a smooth and rounded palate, promising a delightful sensory experience. Tasting notes reveal a rich and generous fruitiness, with ripe flavours of red berries, black cherry, and raspberry. Harvests are conducted at optimal ripeness, followed by fermentation to enhance the aromas. Afterward, the wine ages for six months in stainless steel tanks, allowing it to develop its character.

Nose: leans towards fresh fruit and invigorating youthful aromas rather than noble maturity and opulence.
Tongue: With classic proportions and a medium body, it presents a youthful and fresh palate impression, featuring slightly tart red and black fruits mingling with youthful tannins. A hearty Bordeaux, perfectly balanced by earthy spice.
Pairing recommendation: pairs excellently with raclette or grilled meats as well as cheese, and appetizers. Serve at 14 - 16°C.
Grape variety: 60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon
