Madame Clicquot created the first Rosé d'assemblage in 1818 by adding some red wine to Yellow Label Champagne. Since then, the rosé has been further refined to become the rosé we appreciate so much today.

On the nose, this rosé is generous and refined. At first, the aroma of fresh red fruits predominates, until gradually notes reminiscent of sponge cake, yeast pastry, almond and apricot become apparent.

Powerful and balanced, a fruity harmony asserts itself on the palate.
