This non-vintage rosé champagne has bronze highlights and a fine perlage, with aromas of red currants, cherries, strawberries and a hint of spice. On the palate, it combines structure, length and liveliness with fruity wild berry notes and a subtle tannin-rich finish from the red wine component. This rosé is ideal as an aperitif, with seafood, salmon, light Asian cuisine or fruity desserts.
