An extremely refined champagne with a firm structure, elegant perlage and a fragrant nose. Notes of lime, verbena and citrus aromas. Fine balance between mineral notes and complex aromas. Powerful in the mouth, creamy with a long finish. From only two vineyards, Oger and Mesnil sur Oger. Only the first of three pressings was used. Produced in small quantities, the champagnes are carefully crafted from selected vineyards in Oger, Le Mesnil sur Oger, Vindey and Montgueux, creating elegant wines full of character.
