This wine is an elegant, mature Saint-Julien from a classic vintage. In the glass, it presents a deep ruby red colour with fine garnet reflections. The nose is complex: blackcurrants, cassis and plums combine with notes of cedar wood, tobacco, leather and subtle spices. On the palate, the wine impresses with its fine structure, silky, well-integrated tannins and balanced freshness. The dark fruit aromas combine with a slight mineral note, while the finish remains long, harmonious and noble. A classic Bordeaux with excellent drinking maturity, ideal with beef, lamb or mature cheese.
