Czech pale lager is an exceptional beer with a distinct spiciness, a mild yeasty taste and aroma. During bottling, fine yeast is added to the beer and the beer is secondary fermented directly in the bottle. There may be yeast lees in the beer and it may be slightly cloudy when consumed.
