The nose and mouth show all the characteristics of the best vintages. After an initial floral veil of fresh roses, hawthorn and plum, lime blossom and orange blossom show through. Baked apple, plum and apricot take the lead before guava, pineapple and finally orange marmalade are perceived. The yellow lemon brings in its tart and fresh note. On the palate, all these flavours combine with fine spring honey and fruit paste, coated in a delicious texture reminiscent of a slightly almondy tarte tatin. Its density and richness, both on the nose and on the palate, are enhanced by a very pure, fresh and elegant fruitiness that gives the liqueur an almost airy and lively dimension. The tension then makes you forget the record richness of this wine.
