The Meinl Gourmet Night 2025 once again invites you to an evening full of culinary highlights, refined discoveries, and the inspiring people behind the products – offering insights into their specialities with passion and expertise. Together with our renowned partners, we bring delicacies from around the world to one table. Join us on a journey across continents and cultures, united in harmonious diversity at Meinl am Graben.

Look forward to the finest charcuterie – from Culatello and Prosciutto to exclusive Jamón Ibérico – accompanied by select cheese assortments from France, Switzerland, and Austria. Discover exquisite fish and seafood delicacies such as salmon variations, gambas in aioli, and fine caviar in surprising interpretations. You’ll also enjoy a selection of pasta creations, fine bread specialities, and tempting pâtisserie – from filled Katzenzungen and chocolate pralines to exceptional gingerbread.

Maritime Zeitkapseln

Maritime Zeitkapseln are specialists in premium canned seafood from the finest regions of Europe. This year, they bring an exclusive duo from their portfolio, taking you from Brittany to the rugged coasts of Asturias and all the way to Galicia in north-west Spain. Expect a classic Breton fish soup, Sea Spider crab meat on a crisp potato chip, and as a final treat, fried Galician-style sardines on toasted Tamezini.

Altonaer Kaviar Importhaus

AKI, one of the oldest caviar houses in the world, has been family-run for three generations. Sample premium caviar varieties from salmon, trout, and pike, reflecting the breadth of their collection. Since 1925, AKI has supplied fine dining, upscale retail, cruise lines, airlines, and caviar lovers globally. With around 50 employees handling over 400 tons of fish roe and 15 tons of sturgeon caviar, AKI is among Europe’s leading caviar importers, celebrating a century of passion and expertise in 2025.

Rosa dell'Angelo stands for authentic, artisan-made sausage products that impress with their tradition and superior quality. Gottardi

Gottardi wines are the essence of Sicily’s unique climate and soil. The Rallo family cultivates vineyards in Contessa Entellina, Pantelleria, Vittoria, and Etna, producing grapes of exceptional character. Their historic cellar, dating back to 1851, combines tradition with modern expertise. Each bottle reflects Sicily’s potential for bold, expressive wines with unmistakable personality.


Christina Hugl

Christina Hugl produces sparkling wines and Pet-Nats full of life and originality. From Langenlois in Kamptal, she combines handcraft, passion, and experimental creativity. Boll & Cie, founded in 1853 in Reims, is a historic Champagne house renowned for Blanc de Blancs made from the finest Chardonnay grapes.  The Macallan TIME:SPACE Mastery

Kärntnermilch works with 950 family farms in Carinthia to produce fresh, high-quality dairy daily. Their Mölltaler Almkäse, a 12-month aged hard cheese, has won multiple awards, including the AMA Käsekaiser and nine World Cheese Awards. Kevin Koch

Xavier David

Xavier David produces traditional raw-milk cheeses of the highest calibre. Founded in 1969, the “Sélection Xavier David” brings together cheeses matured in France’s finest cellars. AYALA

Kate & Kon present a refined pairing of Spanish flair and French finesse: Ayala’s Brut Majeur and Rosé Majeur champagnes, alongside Marqués de Murrieta’s iconic wines. O-MED

Founded in 2004, O-MED is a family-run company dedicated to producing the highest-quality extra virgin olive oils. Guided by a clear philosophy of quality over quantity, its oils have been honoured with prestigious awards, including recognition from the Ministry of Agriculture.
